Vera wins vs Font by decision but not before leaving Font’s face beaten and bloody

Marlon “Chito” Vera seemed to be looking to a highlight reel kick but he did dominate Rob Font for nearly 4 rounds. Vera won by unanimous decision at UFC Vegas 53’s main event.

The judges scored the fight 48-47, 49-46 and 49-46 as Vera picked up his third victory in a row overall.
